Long coast real estate,Abu Dhabi

I am Dr.Rajeev Gupta and purchased a office unit in Creek tower 2 at Al Reem island,Abu Dhabi from Long coast real estate,Abu Dhabi in 2007.The anticipated date of completion was Dec,2009.So far Long coast real estate is not even  able to start even the construction of Creek tower and the developer refuses to refund the money.
We are planning for the legal action.Those who want the refund are welcome to join us.

Regent business park ,Aristocrat star.

I am Dr.Rajeev Gupta and I purchased in 2008 a office space in Regent business park,in Royal estates at Dubai investment park -1 .The developer of the project is Aristocrat star investments.LLC,Dubai.The last date of the handover was Dec.2010,with maximum waiting period of 1 year.So in Dec.2011 The developer was supposed to handover the key.However so far till Dec.2011 the construction of the Regent business park has not begun.
The developer refuses to refund the money.
